EXERCISE CLASSES

We hold weekly exercise classes at the center for the mental and physical well being of people of all ages. We offer classes in Yoga, Chair Yoga for seniors, Karate for Kids, Pilates, and Boot Camp.

Saturday

Boot Camp for Moms & Tots

10:00am – 11:00am

Yoga, Pilates and Boot Camp are walk-in classes/do not require prior registration.
