Customer Service Representatives – full-time & part-time positions to join our fast-growing agency team.
The ideal candidate(s) must be personable and enthusiastic, with excellent written and oral communication skills and a willingness to learn. Be self-motivated with a strong and honest work ethic. Must be able to interact with customers confidently, courteously, and confidentially, in person and via telephone and email. Must be computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 email, Word and Excel. Must be dependable and punctual and maintain a positive and even temperament in the office.

Prior Insurance office experience is a plus however not required as full training will be provided. Experience in a construction office environment is also a plus. Salary based on experience.
