Office Assistant – Bronx


Full-time position (Mon.-Fri. 9 AM – 5 PM)

Requesting at least a year prior experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel,

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) typing, answering e-mails, 

filling book orders through UPS, routing calls on a 3-line system, daily mail and making up deposits, 

processing payments (credit cards, Paypal, square, checks), purchasing office supplies, working with staff on fundraisers, 

Keeping the office calendar, scheduling meetings, and processing memberships. 

The office is close to public transportation #34 Bus and the D Train.
