A Construction Company based in NYC is looking for an Admin/Bookkeeper with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy office environment. Applicants must be well organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must possess strong communication skills with the ability to multitask. Must be interested in learning.
Accounts receivable
Excel
AIA billing
Insurances (General Liability, Workman’s Comp, Umbrella, etc.)
Employee Files and Attendance
Job Costing
Spanish speaking is advantageous but not essential
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
