Admin/Bookkeeper – Long Island City

 
 
A Construction Company based in Long Island City, Queens looking for an Admin/Bookkeeper. Applicants must be well organized and have the ability to work in a team environment. Experience is beneficial but not necessary. Training will be provided. Must have sufficient math skills. The office is located 2 blocks from the subway station.
Work includes:
• Accounts receivable
• Excel
• AIA billing
• Insurances (General Liability, Workman’s Comp, Umbrella, etc.)
• Employee Files and Attendance
• IMMEDIATE START
Compensation:
• Base salary dependent on experience.
• Job Type: Full-time
