Payroll Administrator – Mount Vernon

Cosan Construction is looking for an individual with knowledge in payroll and a background in construction. This individual will perform all activities necessary to process payroll, including maintaining timesheets for multiple job sites for up to 100+ employees, filing payroll taxes and processing garnishments. Full-time position, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. Salary based on experience
• Manage all employee information
• Record all employee hours and jobs cost-effectively
• Process weekly payroll using QuickBooks Desktop
• Report on any payroll discrepancies
• Handles employees’ inquiries regarding payroll information.
• Provide backup job costing information to Project Managers, as required
• Complete all Weekly / Monthly certified payroll submissions
• Record all LL44 Submissions
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required
• Strong Computer Skills
• Quickbooks Desktop
• Microsoft Office
• 2 years relevant experience
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Maintain the privacy of data and information
