Office/Operations Manager – Yonkers

 
Yonkers Location, Daily 9 to 3
Office/Operations Manager—Non-Sectarian, Not for Profit Cemetery
Responsibilities Include:
Manage daily customer questions/requests/burial orders.
Maintain paper and digital records of all burials and changes to grave ownership
Provide pricing for services for existing and future burials to funeral directors and families
Oversee daily receipts, payroll and expenses
Manage monthly financial and bank reporting for board meeting
Manage construction projects for new sections and repairs with vendors and engineering staff
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Payroll Systems, QuickBooks
Prior Management experience required
Salary commensurate with experience
