Administrative Assistant – Yonkers

 
Required for Construction Company in Yonkers
Full Time Position Available / Immediate Start
 
Duties will include:
Answering telephone, typing, copying, filing and ordering supplies
Creating Proposals and Invoices
Creating/sending and receiving Purchase Orders
Setting up Projects
Submittal / RFI Processing
Performing other related duties as assigned
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. QuickBooks a plus but will train if necessary.
Salary negotiable
