We are a progressively growing Irish construction company recently relocated to Newark, New Jersey seeking an experienced administrative professional for the above position.
Responsibilities
– Accounts Payable
-Company Payroll EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
– Insurance
-Day to day running of the office including answering phones, coordinating with other staff to ensure they have the resources they need in the office and the field to fulfill their responsibilities, maintain office supplies, organizing job files.

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Candidate must have reliable transportation method between New York & New Jersey
