Drex Corporation is looking for a motivated and energetic Office & Accounting Manager to work in a fulltime role with a small growing construction company.
The successful candidate will work as a key member of the team, assisting with the day to day running of the business operating from our office in Maspeth, Queens.
This role will include the following activities:
Bookkeeping and accounting
Payroll 50+ employees
Invoicing, requisitions, AIA billing
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow forecast reporting
Job costing reports
Monthly company financial reports
General office administration tasks
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Work independently and as part of a motivated team
Ability to learn and grow with company
