Drex Corporation is looking for a motivated and energetic Office & Accounting Manager to work in a fulltime role with a small growing construction company.
 
Job description
The successful candidate will work as a key member of the team, assisting with the day to day running of the business operating from our office in Maspeth, Queens.
This role will include the following activities:
 Bookkeeping and accounting
 Payroll 50+ employees
 Invoicing, requisitions, AIA billing
 Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
 Budgeting and forecasting
 Cash flow forecast reporting
 Job costing reports
 Monthly company financial reports
 General office administration tasks
 
Skills required:
 Accounting
 QuickBooks
 Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
 Work independently and as part of a motivated team
 Ability to learn and grow with company
