A busy Union Company based in Mount Vernon is looking for Office Administrator to help with the expansion of our company:
Job description.
This role will include the following activities but not limited to:
 Bookkeeping and accounting
 Payroll 30+ employees
 Invoicing, requisitions, AIA billing
 Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
 General office administration tasks on day to day basis
Skills required:
 Accounting
 QuickBooks, Quantum
 Microsoft Word, Excel
 Work independently and as part of a motivated team
 Ability to learn and grow with company
