A busy Union Company based in Mount Vernon is looking for Office Administrator to help with the expansion of our company:
Job description.
This role will include the following activities but not limited to:
Bookkeeping and accounting
Payroll 30+ employees
Invoicing, requisitions, AIA billing
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
General office administration tasks on day to day basis
Skills required:
Accounting
QuickBooks, Quantum
Microsoft Word, Excel
Work independently and as part of a motivated team
Ability to learn and grow with company
