Receptionist/ Amin Position (Full Time)

A construction company based in Manhattan is seeking office receptionist/admin:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Company President & Office Manager with all administrative functions
  • Preparing proposals & change orders
  • Printing bid drawing on large format printer
  • Maintaining drawing log & coordinating with estimating on bid due dates
  • Maintaining proposal log/index
  • Responsible for answering multiple phone lines
  • Preparing, organizing & storing information in paper & digital form
  • Receive & distribute mail & packages
  • Monitor & orders office supplies
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Attention to detail is essential with the ability to troubleshoot!
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Hours 8am – 4pm – Monday – Friday
