Administrative Assistants – Yonkers

 
Needed for Local Office – Full Time and Part Time
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Accounts Receivable/Payable
• Proposal write ups
• Data entry
• Monitoring Emails
• Assisting the owner with any additional general administrative work
Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook is necessary
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but we are willing to train
