Information Officer-Yonkers





Manage reception duties including meet and greet clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere for all who visit the Center.

General enquiries by email, telephone, walk-in and social media: Provide clients with general information and referral sources from the AICC referral list.

Social Media: Monitor AICC Facebook and Instagram platforms; including posts and messages. Respond to queries in a timely manner or refer where appropriate. Post on all social media platforms and on AICC website on request.

Maintain Statistics and logs: Ensure all interactions with constituents are logged appropriately.

Room Bookings: Manage bookings for all available studios and conference room.


AICC Programs:

  • Manage enquiries and registration for AICC classes and programs
  • Manage statistics for all programs offered at AICC
  • Manage volunteer opportunities including enquiries for community service hours
  • Liaise with Volunteer groups within the AICC




Reception area: Responsible for opening and closing AICC during regular hours. 

Team collaboration: Assist with planning, promotion and organization of events. Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director and provide assistance with correspondence to the Development Officer as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Strong communication skills; including verbal, written as well as organization skills.

Proficiency in computer skills including: Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Salesforce, Razor Edge, Bloomerang or similar Database or CRM

Familiarity with social media platforms
