Job description

Busy custom builder seeking dependable, multifaceted Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to perform a variety of bookkeeping duties including AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations, invoicing, payroll etc., as well as administrative duties, such as answering phones, preparing Purchase Orders, Change Orders and assisting in all office tasks as required. Construction company experience is a plus.



  • Must be proficient in Quickbooks
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Outlook a must)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
