Estimator for Construction Co. Manhattan

Fast paced Construction Company seeking a full time Estimator for IMMEDIATE START.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Attend site meetings to survey potential jobs
Carry out take offs for estimates
Submit RFIs to our clients
Build proposals and compose submittals
Order materials
Prepare change orders
Attend site progress meetings
Communicate with Subs / Suppliers & Clients
Reach out to new potential clients

Required experience includes:
Good knowledge of Construction
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Good verbal & written communication in English
Ability to read & interpret blueprints
Ability to multitask
Reliable, honest, respectful, organized & hardworking
Knowledge of architectural plans and/or construction terminology
Plan Swift Desirable but not essential
Have the ability to prepare estimates & managing projects from start to handover (Training will be provided here where necessary)

Compensation: Starts at $52k per annum depending on experience
