Millwork Project Manager needed NYC

Munster is a New York based Millwork, Drywall & Carpentry sub contractor.

Millwork Project Manager

 Provide a project schedule to identify each task

Communicate with shop foreman, site foreman, clients to ensure each project is on track and issues are addressed and resolved

Manage scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved including RFI’s, Submittals and Change Orders.

You will be required to attend site visits, field measurements and co-ordinate site installations, deliveries, and pickups.

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience in commercial and hospitality construction

Must be able to thoroughly read, understand and interpret architectural and shop drawings

Must be detailed oriented

Good communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments

Fabrication processes in materials such as wood, composites, metal, and acrylic

Proficient in 3D rendering and AutoCAD (OR SIMILAR)

Knowledge of materials

Salary Range: $60- $90k
