Full-time Superintendent needed for a non-union Yonkers co-op on Bronx River Road.

The position comes with a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom recently renovated apartment , corporate cell phone and garage.

The candidate should be a non-smoker with no pets with Superintendent and/or handyman experience and preferred if they have their own tools that they can bring to the building for their sole use.

The candidate should also be a go-getter that takes the initiative and works well with little supervision.

The position is full time Monday-Friday with 4 hours of guaranteed OT (with time and a half) on the weekends to deal with the trash.

Superintendent must be on-call 24’7 for emergencies and reports directly to the property manager.

The rates are hourly $22-$23/hr.
