Medium sized commercial painting company that specializes in delivering high-quality painting and finishing services to residential and commercial clients throughout the five boroughs.
As a Project Manager/Estimator at Rosemount Interiors you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing painting projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates, taking into account materials, labor, and overhead costs. Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and budget constraints. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final project summaries.
- Manage all aspects of painting projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address their concerns, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Lead and supervise a team of painters, subcontractors, and support staff. Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor work quality and ensure that it meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Order and schedule delivery of necessary materials and equipment for each project.
Salary range is 50,000-90,000 depending on experience with room to grow within the company.
