Office Admin for Construction Company – Bronx, NY

Busy construction company looking for full time office admin position. Located in the Bronx, NY.
Hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. 
$20-25 an hour.

Job duties include but not limited to:

  • Answering phones and emails
  • Ordering supplies and materials
  • Assisting clients in office with drop off/pick-ups.
  • Handling payments
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines.

 Must be able to communicate well with clients as well as shop employee, be hands on and willing to work diligently with others as well as independently.
