Busy construction company looking for full time office admin position.
Located in the Bronx, NY
Hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Job duties include but not limited to:
Answering phones and emails
Ordering supplies and materials
Assisting clients in office with drop off/pick-ups.
Accounts payable and receivable
Ensure projects meet deadlines.
Must be able to communicate well with clients as well as shop employee, be hands on and willing to work diligently with others as well as independently.
