Drywall and Carpentry Estimator Needed

Seeking to hire a Full-time Carpentry and Drywall Estimator for well-established NYC Carpentry and Drywall company office based in Westchester County.

Responsibilities

· Review construction documents & understand scope of work to bid.

· Executes take-offs of construction documents.

· Inputs take-offs into a bid form or spreadsheet.

· Stays informed of current material pricing. Obtains pricing for any specialty materials.

· Calculates and document all material, labor, equipment, sub-contractor included in each estimate.

· Meets prescribed bid due dates.

· Attends scope of work review meetings/walk-throughs if required.

· Communicate with clients.

· Bid follow up as required/directed

Starting Salary $85,000.00 per year negotiable depending on experience.
