PROUDLY SERVING OUR COMMUNITY FOR ALMOST25 YEARS

We would sincerely like to thank The Tara Circle, who helped fund the development of this website.
For almost 25 years, the Aisling Irish Community Center has been proud to be the heart of this vibrant community. Providing a wide array of services for all ages.

Volunteers are essential to the work of the Aisling Center. From our ‘Feed the Homeless’ volunteers to the Team Aisling Captains and Foroige Youth Leaders, you could not find a group of people more committed to giving back and we are so grateful to each one of them.

The talented “Aisling Ceili Band and Ballad Group.” bring warmth to many far and wide with sounds of traditional Irish music and singing.

We care about our youth in the community and Aisling has a very active Foroige program to train youngsters for future leadership. Watching young and older mingle in the Aisling center always brings a sense of vibrant intergenerational strength. Our Young at Heart Senior program brings conversation and comfort to our senior members and brings joy to all who are fortunate to meet them, the true jewels of our community.

Fitness and wellbeing have taken on a life of their own in Team Aisling! What began as a running club has emerged as a way for individuals and families to come together and succeed under the Aisling banner….it has brought the center much pride.

And, yet they are so much more…. Aisling strives to promote the mind and the body through various exercise programs, book clubs, computer classes but all the while, keeping an open door for anyone who needs to drop by and say “how are you doin?”

While our doors are temporarily closed, staff are here for you. Working remotely to bring as many programs and services to our community as possible. We are excited to get back to our center to bring you even more. For now, as we continue our journey to rebuild our center, we now we need your help to reach the finish line. Brick by brick we will get there, but we can only do it with your help. Please consider supporting our building development by making a donation today.

Donations can be made via our website: https://www.aislingcenter.org/donations or by mailing your check to: Aisling Irish Community Center, 990 McLean, Yonkers, NY 10704.
