The Aisling Center Young @ Heart Senior Program

The Young @ Heart Senior program is an Aisling run program that is available to seniors in the metro-NYC area. The group offers our aging community a social outlet and a sense of belonging. There are always friendly faces and people to talk to. There are many available activities and programs offered throughout the week with many new activities being planned. Some of the current activities are weekly lunch, book club, chair yoga, afternoon at the movies, Bingo. 

Weekly Young @ Heart Schedule

  • Monday | Crochet Club @ 10:30 am 
  • Tuesday | Lunch @ 1 pm & Weekly activity @ 2 pm
  • Wednesday | Chair Yoga @ 11 am & Crochet Club @ 10 am
  • Thursday | Book Club @ 12 pm & Bingo @ 2 pm
  • Friday | Movie @ 2 pm

Who Can join the Young at Heart Group?

Anyone 62+ from Yonkers, Woodlawn and the surrounding areas is welcome to join! 

Is the Young @ Heart Program free to attend?

Absolutely, come join us with no fees for anything! 

How Do I Join?

If you would like to join us in the Young @ Heart Senior Program you are welcome to walk in too any of our weekly activities and register on site. 

If you would register ahead of time please fill out the form to the left and let us know you are coming.
