A leading construction company based in NYC is looking for a fulltime Office Manager & Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities & experience include:

  • Invoicing / AIA Requestions.
  • Job Costing/Coding.
  • Vendor/Subcontractor Payments.
  • Payroll Admin.
  • Admin of subcontractor documents – W9‘s, lien waivers, change orders, subcontracts, insurances.
  • General office management.
  • Assisting owner, project managers & office team.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office & QuickBooks.
  • Execute Tax Exempt Certificates.
  • Experience working with a construction company in NYC.
  • Attention to detail and good work ethic.
  • Salary will start at $60k minimum and can be negotiated based on experience (plus benefits, vacation time etc.).
