Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and supervising our projects, with a primary focus on our work at the NYU campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of interior renovation projects at the NYU campus, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish project requirements and expectations.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and financial goals.
Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring that they deliver high-quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, address any issues or concerns, and maintain quality control.
Communicate effectively with project team members, providing clear direction, feedback, and support as needed.
Ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients, maintaining positive relationships and seeking opportunities for future collaboration.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
OSHA certification and/or other relevant certifications (preferred).
